Simple Directmedia Layer
Description:
Simple DirectMedia Layer is a cross-platform multimedia library designed to provide low level access to audio, keyboard, mouse, joystick, 3D hardware via OpenGL, and 2D video framebuffer. It is used by MPEG playback software, emulators, and many popular games.
How to install:
1. Download the .info and .patch files below and save them both in the ‘download’ folder on your laptop, or download and save them on a USB stick / SD card, put this in your laptop and copy the files to the ‘download’ folder. It’s crucial that the .info and .patch file are in the same folder.
2. Start the ‘Software Installer’ program on the last screen of the desktop (use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to switch screens).
3. Click the ‘Add’ button. A dialog screen will open.
4. Search the ‘lib-SDL-1.2.13-v01(20081016).info’ file and click ‘Open’. The patch will be installed. Click finish.
5. Now you can install and use games and apps that use the Simple Directmedia Layer.
