HELP! no download option when i right click and when left click just comes up with lots of numbers and words any advice cheers

Hi bought a CnM netbook off maplns recently’it has really old software bon echo is 2. something tried to update with your patches. just found it all very frustrating. they supplied a very basic instruction book. admittedly I am used to windows. can u help? regards june
