XBoard chess
Description:
Play chess on and against your Little Linux Laptop!
How to install:
1. Download the .info and .patch files below and save them both in the ‘download’ folder on your laptop, or download and save them on a USB stick / SD card, put this in your laptop and copy the files to the ‘download’ folder. It’s crucial that the .info and .patch file are in the same folder.
2. Start the ‘Software Installer’ program on the 4th screen of the desktop (use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to switch screens).
3. Click the ‘Add’ button. A dialog screen will open.
4. Search the ‘xboard-R3-01(20090215).info’ file and click ‘Open’. The patch will be installed. Click finish.
5. Now, if everything has gone right, a XBoard icon will be on the 4th desktop screen. Click it and enjoy!

When I start Xboard it gives the error message ‘unable to load library file libreadline.5.so’ and quits. I have an EPC 700 with the most recent updates. When uninstalling the Xboard icon remains on the desktop
